vStack developers signed a partnership agreement with UNITECH

The developer of the Russian hyperconverged virtualization platform, vStack, signed a partnership agreement with the official dealer of educational and laboratory equipment, UNITECH.

UNITEH is developing a new model of STEM education in which science and technology disciplines are taught to students as a whole. This includes robotics, digital manufacturing, human-machine interfaces, alternative energy, biotech and other fields of knowledge. UNITEKh specialists develop and implement solutions for complex equipment of educational institutions and laboratories. Equipment and software for schools must comply with FGOS norms and requirements of the Russian Ministry of Education.

The Russian hyperconvergent platform vStack is included in the register of Russian software and is suitable for projects with high standards and security requirements. The hyperconvergent approach, which is used in vStack, provides easy management and scalability flexibility. The vStack hyperconverged platform requires only one person to maintain it, instead of a full-time staff. The platform consists of modules with a common control center that integrates compute, storage and networking resources. This infrastructure does not have different elements with dedicated roles and vendor fragmentation. 

Thanks to cooperation with vStack, UNITECH is able to use modern solutions to equip educational institutions and laboratories without extra costs or loss of performance.
